9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inwestycja Bank Polski, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship:

• By You: You may close your account at any time by providing written notice and settling all outstanding obligations
• By Us: We may close your account with reasonable notice (or immediately in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or regulatory requirements)

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees, charges, and obligations incurred prior to closure. We may retain account information as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inwestycja Bank Polski is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
